Coffeehouse Special: Warm Caramel Latte

Step 1: Pull your shot. Remember you should only pull the shot about 20 seconds until you get a blonde color. Set aside and keep warm
Step 2: Froth about 6oz of milk (I prefer 2%) between 150-160 degrees Fahrenheit (you can froth your milk first or pull your espresso shot first. whatever your preference)

Step 3: You should have a warmed mug ready with about 1 tablespoon of vanilla simple syrup poured in. Then pour in your milk followed by the espresso shot

Step 4: Drizzle your desired amount of caramel over the coffee. I like using a crosshatch design and a little around the walls of the mug. You can make your own caramel sauce or use one like i have pictured above
